About the EAGLE OPS Loaner Vehicle Program
EAGLE OPS provides a short-term loaner vehicle to help veterans handle essential transportation needs.
We offer the loaner on an as-needed basis. The maximum loan period is 90 days.
These forms set clear rules, protect the veteran, and protect the program so we can keep helping the next person.
What you can use the loaner for
- Work and job search
- Medical, VA, and benefits appointments
- Essential errands and family needs
Key rules you agree to
- Only you may drive the vehicle. No other drivers are allowed.
- No smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
- No alcohol use before driving. No alcohol use during driving. No open containers.
- No cell phone use while driving, including texting, calls, email, social media, or video.
- Use hands-free only if the vehicle supports it and it is legal.
- You pay your own tickets, tolls, parking fees, and impound charges during the loan.
- Return the vehicle on or before the due date. EAGLE OPS may request return at any time.
If a crash, damage, theft, or police contact happens
- Call 911 when needed.
- Get medical help first when anyone is hurt.
- Take photos and gather witness and insurance info.
- Get a police report number when available.
- Do not admit fault or promise payment at the scene.
- Notify EAGLE OPS as soon as possible, and no later than 2 hours.
