Operation Reach One More

• Range Safety Officer (3)
• Tent Coordinator (1)

Time Required

• 7 hours total per month
• Freedom Shoots Rally Point — typically 3rd Saturday each month, pending schedule
• 1-hour monthly coordinator meeting

Responsibilities

• Team Lead: Coordinate with Shooting Sports Director / Marketing Director on dates, times, locations of Rally Points, and any additional needs such as food or beverage.
• Team Lead: Coordinate with the host of each Rally Point.
• Team Lead: Coordinate pickup and return to HQ of required equipment, trailers, and gear for each Freedom Shoot.
• All Positions: Set up and take down gear before and after each Rally Point.
• All Positions: Clearly communicate EO mission and Rally Point pillars at every Freedom Shoot.
• Team Lead & RSOs: Communicate and enforce all range safety rules set in place by the range and Eagle OPS.
• Team Lead & RSOs: Conduct all weapons and competition management according to rules set by Eagle OPS.
• Tent Coordinator: Update competitor check-in lists and contact competitors with a reminder email the day before the Rally Point.
• Tent Coordinator: Ensure each participant completes the Freedom Shoot check-in, has signed a waiver, and shows proof of service.
• Tent Coordinator: Support merchandise set up and sales. Coordinate with marketing on any needed inventory or materials.
• All Positions: Help ensure each Freedom Shoot begins and ends on schedule.
• All Positions: Identify new participants, welcome them, and introduce them to the Freedom Shoots community.
• All Positions:  Responsible for identifying any new participants and initiating introductions to make them feel welcome at the Rally Point
• Team Lead: Communicate any needs or issues to the Shooting Sports Director via email or phone within 24 hours of the event.
