Who it is for
Field Ops is the internal app for the Eagle OPS field team. If you run or support Rally Points, this is your tool.
Mission Coordinators
Run Rally Points in the field. Log Battle Buddy check-ins, submit forms, and see the calendar for your AO.
Outreach Managers
Own an Area of Operation. Everything MCs do, plus enrolling veterans, the Journey, and reviewing the AO.
Directors, MSC, CEO
See across all AOs, manage the team and forms, and pull the grant reporting.
What it is
A mobile app that runs the RAMP program (Rally Point Activation and Mobilization) from the field through the 8-step Veteran Journey. One place instead of a pile of separate forms.

Battle Buddy Check-Ins
Log every veteran contact in seconds. Unique veterans are counted automatically by name and phone.
Veteran Journey
Enroll a veteran and move them through the 8 steps: screenings, ISP, referrals, and outcomes.

All the field forms in one tab, pre-filled with who you are so you are not retyping.
Messages
Team messages to your whole AO, a specific AO, or one person.
Reporting
The numbers the SSG Fox grant needs, built from the work you already do.
Why use it

How to start
- Open the link above in Safari or Chrome. Type it fresh the first time, do not use an old saved icon.
- Log in with your Eagle OPS email and password (same login as your Eagle OPS training portal).
- Add it to your home screen. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Now it opens like an app.
- Check the bottom tabs: Home, Forms, Messages, Calendar, More. Everything lives there.
- Do your first check-in: Forms, then Battle Buddy Check-In, add a name and phone, Record.

Home
Your dashboard: upcoming Rally Points and messages for your AO. Use the AO selector at the top to change what you are viewing (Directors and up see all AOs).
Forms
Every field form, pre-filled with your name. Battle Buddy Check-In opens the in-app check-in; the rest open their form. Submit and you are done.
Battle Buddy Check-In
Enter name and phone (the de-dup key), plus branch, VA status, wellbeing, or resource need, then Record. Repeat check-ins are not double counted. OMs and up can Enroll a contact into a veteran record.
Calendar
Rally Points for your AO. Open one for details and its pre and post checklist. You can add personal events too.
Messages
Post to your whole AO, a specific AO, or one person. Directors can pin and message all AOs.
